Titanic Building

Spent the weekend in Belfast for my pal Vicky's wedding at the beautiful Ballygally. A stunning setting and a wee view of Scotland too! On a tour around Belfast we went past a building just being completed which is inspired by the Titanic (built in Belfast if you didn't know!). It is awesome, love the texture and contrast in materials...beautiful.

A few images from my week up in Tomnavulin. Had crazy weather so no drawing or painting, just photos....and these were from the car! Some inspiration though, fabulously lush up there right now and the colours were awesome. Into the studio today to start preparing!

Thought I would post some pics of the studio. Have got my new work back from the framers for the open days, they are looking great! Loads of people came to the opening night on Friday and been steady today, hoping the rain tomorrow won't put people off!
