I have been abit slack of late on the blog front! My mind seems full of wedding (happening next May!!), playing in the sun and the fact we haven't had water at the studio on my 'work' day. Have spent the time meeting with the talented Emily Hogarth re wedding invites, pottering around at home, checking out other blogs and organising paintings for the Autumn Show at Union Gallery on Broughton Street, Edinburgh, which opens on October 13th.

Am taking myself to the Modern Gallery today to gather some inspiration for my own work.....

Botanics

Had a lovely walk around the Royal Botanic Gardens last week in the sunshine.....finally remembered to have my camera with me and took some pics of the East Gates...love them! Also am getting obsessed with flowers lately (due to the fact that I am trying to get ideas for my wedding next year!)
